I'll be replying to all the posts on this topic. Excluding the one's I'll delete as they have no relation to this thread and are just pure spam.
Let me begin by saying that I'm not mad at the choices you've made, I just wanted to clarify a couple of things here and there that you guys got incorrect about me and certain situations that had me involved that have to be justified from both point of views and not just the POV's of the people who are against me and are clearly trying to brainwash you.
Edit: I've already talked to Sheckles, he knows my side of the story and he understands everything I will say in this following post, thanks so much to Sheckles for understanding my point of view and listening to everything I said, thanks for being on my side now in such hard times when the admins of MoonShade fight for life to get me demoted from the admin team.

Thanks for taking your job seriously Mr. Gnome the Community Manager, by including a :kappa: in there as well as using comic sans as the font. Just goes to show what kind of person is co-running this community. No hate, seriously, just wondering, you're obviously taking this as some kind of joke or something? I'm not mad at you or anything just wanted to know what's the point of doing that? It's very clear you're taking serious precautions for the community "doing us a favour" by demoting me but not showing it off too seriously when conveying the information over to us the people making me look really bad. I am quite willing to know what kind of "rashness" of my decision making got me into this position. "Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused", What kind of inconvenience I'm wondering? Ah Sealz, once a person I actually respected. Yes, of course you would agree with this decision, I'm just as impatient as you to see what the future holds for MoonShade. I remember joining your TS3 channel once a few days ago, to just look in when I was browsing through the channels, see how things are going but all you had for me was terrible verbal abuse towards me. Quite the shame that you didn't tell Jamal and the admins during the meeting about the other half of the story, the one I just told? It's funny how you can get away with things such as that in TS3, breaking a major rule as an admin, however I cannot get away with changing your name on the forums as a joke. Clearly you wouldn't say something along the lines of "He changed my names on the forums to something bad however I did call him a cunt earlier... oops nvm".
Even though I had no reason to do so before you harassed me in such a fashion, but you had some kind of reason to say shit to my face about me? The name would have been changed back to Sealz anyways at a later date.

Jokes aside, you were good while it lasted in your own way and ended it badly in your own way changing without a massive team to put input, this was the only way and this Had to be done.
Mewn has our backing as well as we took a vote on how to handle this. You complain about my behavior when you don't even attend meetings or at least try to explain why you don't come or have a time change for you to come. That's a disappointment. Darek has 2mbps internet and even he tries his hardest. You. I don't even know. Is it hard to download Teamspeak on a mobile and take out 30 mins of your "busy day"

Yes, my radical changes were not discussed with anyone. You're right, I'm not allowed to plan surprises for the anniversary of our community. Yes indeed I didn't have any meetings with you guys. I'll go onto the reasoning in a bit... Don't understand why you would have to include my mother in this post, also including a filthyfrank video helps a lot, once again another mature member of our staff.
You're actually incorrect on this one, this isn't the ONLY way it had to be done. Clearly by your terms I'm not allowed to organise a surprise for the community for the anniversary of it. Perhaps if you would have taken the time to read the posts I created after releasing the update, you would be able to notice that I included a sentence, saying something along the lines of "Please give us feedback" Unfortunately the only feedback I received from you and your buddy crocker was literal spam of "AIDS" all over the website, new posts, new threads, spamming the shoutbox, breaking rules, spamming on TS3, not taking ANYTHING seriously, even after multiple warnings, after I told you to stop doing what you're doing. Only way I saw to fix this issue of your outrage was to give you a minor ban on the forums so that you would have time to calm down as well as on TS3 so that you're not able to spam poke me as you did, saying "AIDs" everywhere.
How dare you have the audacity to do such things and then say I didn't want to listen to you guys? You think I'm going to listen to what you have to say after I had to resolve the hassle you created?!? You got to be joking right now. It's a real shame I deleted the spam or didn't take any screenshots, would just go in very handy to showcase your immaturity that you have as a person.
EDIT: After writing this post, I had a 30 minutes chat with sheckles, just to clarify things as well as point out the things that were complete lies about me, we're now in an agreement that this demotion isn't justified as it wasn't heard from my point of view.
Moving onto meetings, like you said yourself, you're very active on the forums, which is weird that you're asking why I don't come to meetings. I have my own reasons which I have already posted on the forums, MyBack knows about these reasons so hopefully he understands this.

5 Mil house? is that's all it's worth right now? I broke the map due to the lack of testing? I didn't break the map, the map change wasn't organised well enough by me, Jamal and MyBack. I provided the map, how would have I known of bugs that could only be found through thorough testing. Is this why I lost my admin? Why include something like this which has no relation to the topic?
Giving myself owner perms on the forums? Wait, how would I do that in the first place if I wasn't the owner and the owner would be the only one who could do that? Thanks to Mewn for providing permissions to me, I was able to create cool updates.
Extorting Mewn? Has Mewn said anything about all the threats I sent him over Skype? I really do hope not, I wanted Mewn all to myself, I wanted Mewn to be my only one. Luckily Mewn was able to witness the birth of the map. Btw shoutout to [member=3]Mewn[/member] for the great support in hard times during the development of the map. 😃
I'm pretty sure the player history of our TS3 channel will explain itself with this screenshot, however let me elaborate a bit more. I'm pretty sure I'm not disturbing anything in the TS3 server by having my one little channel off to the side.
Banning Sealz for rule breaking? Yes, any day! Resigning for some time to take a break from a mess.
Changing theme as a surprise for the 1 year anniversary of the community isn't allowed? Even though I stated I'm happy to hear any feedback that is appropriate. Only feedback I heard was "AIDS" from who? you.
Getting admin, seems right for a developer to have admin. I mean, Easide was a developer, he got admin? What's wrong? Was he playing? ye for like a week, then look what happened. No development, still had had admin all the time though. Pretty sure he was employed as a developer just like me. Am I not allowed to take action into my own hands when things go down in the server and I happen so to witness them?
These are the things I wanted to clarify with all of you guys. As you can see, lot's of mistakes, incorrectness and complete lies. Unfortunately this is what I have to deal with.
All my actions have meanings and explanations behind them, I do not do anything without having a reason.
