Sheckles Admin Mute Abuse

What server did this happen on? Muting player more playing music, which I have heard from other admins is not considered mic spamming. Not just playing music ...he gave me a warning for going into the VIP homes; even though I was a supporter. To top that off, he gave me another warning today for telling him to stop muting people.

What rules did the admin break? Muting and giving warnings even in the unnecessary situations.

GayW, music is only not considered mic spam if absolutely no one on the server minds hearing it. If even one person dislikes it because they can't hear or communicate effectively, then it is considered mic spam. So if Sheckles didn't like it himself, then he had every right to mute you.

Yes I see you point, but no one on the server really minded it from my perspective. Otherwise, one easy fix for music is /sm (music guy)

Now for your first screenshot, crocker was playing music, for your second, General was yelling into the mic, and so was Soranjr, third ss, professional was playing music off his phone or something (was poor quality and sounded far away), finally. I warned you as you kept spamming chat and disrespecting as a whole

It's not considered mic spamming buddy. Myback was not in the game at the times of this event it happened, or I left the server to typed up this report. I did not know "disrespecting" someone meant that you say in quote "your not an admin."

it is when one is playing music that is loud and obnoxiou, you will be muted as long as im on, Other admins like gnome or whoever said it was okay can do them and not listen.

This is consider a reasonable mute, he wasn't abusing his powers. He has the right to mute people who are micspamming, like you and Professional. I don't see a problem with him doing that, because I would do the same thing.

Sheckles may have had a reason to mute crocker because he was playing music and general because he was being mean to a new player I just said one thing that was irrelvenant and was instantly muted and professional held down his mic for like 10 seconds and had something in the background and he said a few words that were too quiet to hear but he got instatly muted also. If you are gonna mute someone there should aleast be a reason but the first 2 had reasons and the last 2 had absolutely no reason to be muted unless you call holding down your mic and saying 1 word with background noise as mic spamming.

You know fully well not to spam binds, scream into the mic or do anything stupid of that nature and you did it anyways.
