Former Staff rank deleted.

Upon discussing this subject with Mewn we have decided on removing the former staff rank.

We have came to the conclusion that the rank is pointless, before applying for admin you're a normal member of the MoonShade Gaming community. If you're demoted for whatever the reason may be, you're no longer part of the staff and therefore you're just back to being a normal member of our community.

This is why the rank is pointless as it has no use, what the rank is, is just letting people know that you were an admin once which isn't any valuable information to most and that you're back to being a normal member of our community.
