Email it to yourself in an attachment at actual size or AirDrop it. You can AirDrop it if you download an app on your phone that connects to your WiFi for the purpose of transferring any type of file from the phone to your PC. You can also upload the picture from your phone to imgur and link it here, no need to transfer the file from one hard drive to another.
