Maybe you can add how long they have been an admin/super/etc so people can see who's new and who's experienced and can probably help them

Time spent as a member of staff does not equate to how much experience they have within their roles.
The only purpose of the staff list is to show who are the main members of the community, contact information and their roles in this community.
