Re-Added Garbage - drops when player eats food or drinks alcohol
Added job "drug pusher" - gets 100% of drugs from the player he kills
Re-Added drugs being able to drop when a player dies - a selected % of drugs is dropped
Added hint message HUD color modifier items - changes the color of hint text when viewing other player's info by staring at them
Added missing chat alert messages for when players are unable to plant/print
Added more define/constant variables for drugpoints and drug/printer items to avoid bugs in the future
Added missing sound for when you try to buy an item that makes your credit go down too low
Added a "Cancel" option when giving money to other players to leave the menu
Increased double jump height from 250.0 to 275.0
Revamped resupply system, cops should no longer lose their knives after resupplying
Donors may now use backslashes in their door messages
Decorating doors with HTML tags now can only be used by donors
Fixed an exploit where players could withdraw negative money from their bank
Fixed a bug where printers would miscount their drug points when placed and job refreshed
Fixed missing hint text when a player look at another's info
Fixed a bug where if a cop looks at a jailed player, the total jail time on a jailed player appears to 0 on the HintText HUD (aka the cop's total jail time)
Fixed a bug where the player's hint hud color code would not save in the database
Removed sm_doorname always use sm_mydoormess
