Textures Missing

What is the bug/glitch?
Map looks really weird as a result of missing textures.
Is it possible to replicate the bug/glitch?
I'm pretty sure this is just a problem on my end and I have no idea how to fix it.

Other comments:
Trees and furniture have a completely blacked out look. Whenever anyone plants cactus, I get an enormous box saying ERROR as you can see from the screenshot. How do I delete and redownload the map so this doesn't happen anymore.

Go into this folder.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo
Delete the materials and models folders and then rejoin. Hopefully the models + materials shall re-download and fix the issue. Let me know if it worked.
