I suggest for there to be a special NPC that last for 1 week a month or on a special occasion that sells items only obtainable from drop parties.
Example shop
- Snowball $200
- Naughty Xmas Crate $5,000
- Crime Soaker x2 $5,000
- Gift Box $10,000 (You insert items into it and then drop it, Gift boxes are kinda like keyless crates as in it will use the crate's opening animation/sound thing and it will reveal in chat what was in the box that is now in your inventory.) (Donator perk can be the ability to name the box something unique)
