Grubbsy I know of a few exploits and some people have actively done them i have no proof except for one that might be abusing cop and if it is i'll report them. i want to know if this is aloud. so give me your opinion and input please

I just want to know because it's kind of odd and seems like abusing the system. Please Read this and give me your opinion, thank you.
