Past ranks do not count, it must be your most recent and current rank. As stated earlier, exceptions can be made.
I failed to mention that experienced players in CS:GO who have played over 1,000 hours are more likely to be accepted.
Experience often beats skill, but still leaves no excuse not to practice and develop your skills.
You must maintain a single account, past history with VAC will be ignored.
