So I had an idea as I was practicing spray control on the RP server as cop.
If the general police force had better trigger discipline and know the guns they handle, it would lead to less "accidents".
I do realize what I'm talking about is quite ambitious as it requires training of MANY players and very often, close attention, but here's my current idea:
This would be a volunteer activity, those who want to advance their skill and technique may contact me through the forums or through Steam:

The training regiment would consist of these 4 workshop maps that are incredibly helpful in improving the accuracy and reaction speed of a player:
Guidance on how to familiarize with the workshop map could be given upon request, but those who volunteer would be instructed to train their skill regularly.
Further training would include: Timing, grenade throwing, and peaking technique.
I do realize that I am just "Master Guardian I" but I've learned a lot through experience, I still have more to learn, but I'd love to teach people on how to improve themselves. If any skilled player would like to contribute, either by giving advice/tips or helping out with the training then that would be wonderful!
If this is an idea you think is worth putting effort in, let me know. I came up with it, but it's not an actual thing right now, just an idea.
