Why don't you tell me what i should do if no admins are on? And no admins could be reached during that time? Is it still wrong to go to the forums then?

He's not saying to not go to the forums but every small detail of rule breaking does not have to be reported sometimes you have to call an admin so you dont flood the server with reports but dont think what your doing is wrong its amazing you just have other ways of doing this than just reporting people.

As tedious as it may be, at least the time and effort is shown, ive never seen this much evidence in all my time here, 90% of reports are screenshots, Okc gave me demos which was a start, and now we have amazing videos!

then get better standards for the ban reports, or get gotv or whatever

well Its not really a stereotype its pretty true. Have you played a comp match lately? Also that rule is almost never enforced. Sheckles is the only one who does anything about it. I quit because I was made fun of until I snapped. No admins ever did anything. So why would he get a punishment?
