Community Market NPC Idea

I have an idea, an NPC where you can post items for others to buy. It would be like Rick Harrison and his Pawn shop. This would just make it easier to sell things because you may be advertising an item that no one on the server wants at the time but someone else could get on, look and see what players have posted to sell, see it, and buy it. I think this would be a great idea, what do you guys think? Plis do this,

An Exhange sounds like a great idea, an we could probably avoid any exploiting with menu cooldowns or something. I'm still a bit skeptical about the variety of items the average player has though, guns, health items, an locks lockbreakers lockpicks doorhacks an cuff saws. Maybe we could add rare "Vanity" items people can show off.
