and possibly "that one guy" will be farming casual servers until we have an average of 25 players, As we wont be ON to give tuts we will be out recruiting into Moonshade, We need you players of "Moonshade Gaming" TO Volunteer as tributes for tutorials 😃
How this works is we bring in people, We get tutorial volunteers and we have 3 people switch their JOBS to rp guide
We create MORE voice rooms for Tutorials we only have 1 at the moment I suggest we upgrade to about 3-4 to start out with this plan
We need The (admins) to be on duty to make sure to keep the peace, What i wish we could do is: 1 = Jail for one minute, 2= 240 3= 360-600
Now i'm going to say That we do get some people, Preferably 45 hours or + And what i do suggest is we make applications open for "AN OFFICIAL TOUR GUIDE" or something like that and they get rights to stuff such as,Slays, Or whatever you could think off that isn't TOO POWERFUL..
From there we get the RP recruiters and i think we should have a refer a friend program on forums, Refer one person and if they play a total of 15-20 hours You get a reward maybe a few guns a check for 10k or WHATEVER YOU GUYS CAN SUGGEST, Or maybe Entered in a server raffle,
Next brings me to the RDM, We need an average of 2 cops on for about 1-2 hours to keep the peace from RAT'S (RDMers And Trolls)
What i suggest to happen Is We crack down on the new people growing drugs if you are cop, Don't just Full jail them when someone takes their drugs and they wanna go on a witch hunt for them, Simply cuff uncuff / jail unjail, Best method to reduce rage against the police
We have the Way to stop SLAM AND HL2DJ, Don't remember the mod name but it auto mutes anyone that comes into the server and press a key to play music (works can confirm seen it happen)

Go easy on the noobs when being cop and it's their first hmmmm few hours I'd give it 2 and a half..
