Reason you think you should be unbanned: i believe this permamute was unfair, I only disrespected him once, I deserve at least a warning or something, not a permamute right off the bat.

He was recently banned after we had the first 5v5 Competitive event with Moonshade, and Daddycataclysm was banned by Jamal after this because of his disrespect towards people, because he told multiple people to go kill themselves, and so he was banned as a warning, and after his ban he once again disrespected and so I permamuted him and he thinks that his punishment is unneeded. So if anything is unnecessary it is this Permamute appeal.

I only told you to go kill yourself, me disrespecting you is not enough for a permamute

As the paragraph from my previous statement says you already mass disrespect, and that was your warning, so I would say after you continued to disrespect that you were already on grounds for permamute.

You never said mass disrespect was enough for a permamute if you would of said that it was and if youd stop being annoying then i would of shut up

Cataclysm you obviously are being a smart ass about this not all things have to be announced to your face in fine print, you should know if you mass disrespect you're going to get more than just a mute or gag.

Actually, it is in the rules, it may not say you will be permamuted or gagged, but you should expect something more severe than a temporary mute or gag if you break a rule enough times.

Punishments for breaking rules don't have to be in the rules. This is the common sense you are obviously lacking, because if you break a rule you are going to be punished to a further extent than the last time you broke the same rule, a screenshot of a rule stating this should not be required.

There are no chat logs, because this happened via voice chat, and the chat log of you telling me to tell Jamal on steam is lost because that chat log is overwritten by steam.
